Does the world really need another Paloma? We think YES. Here’s our take on the perfect Paloma - smooth, bright, refreshing, and bursting with grapefruit. We saw it as an opportunity to showcase our own signature talents and techniques.

We’ve partnered with a local juice company to upcycle their spent grapefruit and create our own tincture that goes in every bottle. So not only is every Paloma made with real grapefruit, we’re also reducing food waste in a big way. Mix in quality tequila, a little salt, and you have a Great Fucking Paloma!

Whether you’re already familiar with Osmanthus, or still wondering how to pronounce it, we can’t wait for you experience its true taste through this tea-based cocktail. A flower known for its beautiful aroma and honey-like flavour with notes of stone fruit and quince, Osmanthus instantly elevates its surroundings.

Inspired by the giant iced tea cans of our youth, this cocktail is the grown-up version we never knew we needed. But how do you one-up nostalgia? For that, we developed our own house blend of green teas from Nepal, Hunan, and Jiangxi provinces. When green tea and osmanthus get together, magic happens.

Delicate in flavour, lightly carbonated and light in alcohol at only 3.9%, it’s the perfect drink to spend some QT time with.

Our beverage director has a sweet spot for Apertif spritzes and the UK, where he spent some time as a kid. What do you get when you combine the two? British rhubarb candy as a fun bitter drink. This one goes back and forth from sweet to bitter, candy to complex. It’s rhubarb and vanilla backed up by some choice botanicals – juniper, schizandra berries, and rhubarb root.

We named it after a brilliant young British Jazz artist/singer/DJ. Listening to her music makes us feel impossibly cool and sophisticated and our Emma Jean aspires to do the same.
